Cacography

Can a person who is bad in spelling or handwriting or both be called cacographer or cacographist?

Example: I never beleive in life after deth. (believe; death)
There shud be rapor among us. (should; rapport)

I was never good at spelling during my elementary years though later on I caught up with it. I always have had good handwriting though. My teacher then used to ask me to write something on the board like a secretary does for her boss.
