Palladian

\puh-LEY-dee-uhn\ means a three-part window where the center window is arched and wider than the two straight topped side windows.

Palladian architecture usually refers to a European style of architecture created by a Venetian architect, Andrea Palladio.

Example: I have seen many windows of palladian style in movies but I never knew its architectural name until today! Gosh!
