Topiary

The art of cutting trees and bushes into ornamental or animal shapes is called topiary \TOH-pee-er-ee\ or a garden containing such work.

I saw so many topiaries when we went to a botanical garden in Ooty. They were nice. Actually, only recently did I know what it's called. Just great!
